Chemistry Consulting Group staff members have been providing human resource and business consulting services to BC’s commercial accommodation and restaurant sectors (e.g., hotels, motels, resorts, restaurants) for many years. Additionally, some of our staff members have held senior positions with hotels and resorts both in BC and abroad.  As a result of this practical experience, we have a comprehensive understanding of the industry’s staffing requirements.

Christine has worked in the hospitality and tourism industry for over 26 years. She has lived and worked in Europe, Canada and the Caribbean and is bilingual in German and English. She immigrated to Canada and has first-hand knowledge about adapting to a new country. Christine is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and a Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR). She has been involved in training and job placement programs for the past 15 years.

Alison has over 15 years of experience working with both Provincial and Federal employment programs and providing employment services to both job seekers and employers.  She has previous experience working in the hospitality industry and is a trainer for SuperHost, FoodSafe and Personality Dimensions certificate courses.

Alison has been working with RoomServiceCanada.ca™ and FoodServiceCanada.ca™ employers across Canada delivering foreign worker recruitment services. She has an in-depth understanding of the process involved in bringing foreign workers to Canada.  Alison is involved in all steps of hiring foreign workers from the selection of experienced candidates, to completing all documentation, to helping foreign workers integrate into a new workplace and community. 

She provides on-going support to both employers and employees to ensure success for both parties.  She is affectionately known as “Ms. Alison” and has had the pleasure of welcoming many foreign workers to their new Canadian home.

David Coombes is the President of Success Immigration Services (Canada) Ltd. He is a licensed immigration consultant and has worked extensively in the immigration industry since 1999.

David works closely with Canadian employers and foreign workers to ensure that employers attract workers with the appropriate skills. He travels extensively to provide his clients with personal service.

Rory joined the law firm of Dinning Hunter Lambert & Jackson in 1989, and became a partner in 1992. Rory became involved in immigration law in 1989 while completing his articles at the Victoria Law firm of Pearlman Lindholm, by assisting Brian Smith QC, British Columbia's former Attorney General.

Rory built on this experience, and by 1992 he had developed an international practice. He now services this practice by traveling to wherever his clients are based. Rory has been counsel for Success Immigration Services Ltd. since 1999.  He works closely with David Coombes to ensure that he has the immediate benefit of legal counsel on all immigration related issues.
