Our Services

Through our partnership we offer a unique understanding of the requirements of both the Canadian immigration process and the Canadian tourism and hospitality industry.

We provide our clients with advice and guidance related to working through the Labour Market Opinion application process. This includes ensuring that local employee advertising requirements are met and that all necessary documentation is completed.

Initial interviews are held in the applicant's country of origin in order to assess their experience and English language skills. Resumes and video clips are provided.

We are not just immigration experts - we are also settlement experts. We provide full settlement services for accepted applicants. Our staff have been assisting clients with employment transitions for over 14 years and we understand the anxiety and questions that arise for a newcomer. Therefore, we provide applicants with continuing advice and assistance once they arrive and believe this ongoing support is important in helping them succeed to Canada.

Once a foreign worker arrives in Canada we greet them at the international airport and ensure that they find their way to their place of employment. All of our clients receive settlement services that consist of:

  1. Meet and greet upon arrival
  2. Assistance with Social Insurance Number application
  3. Assistance with BC Medical application
  4. A full information package on housing opportunities in the community in which they will be living
  5. Information on the local community, local ethnic community centres, grocery stores, churches and general immigration services
  6. Access to support and advice for the first 12 months they are in Canada
